7:50 a.m. A man driving a bluish-gray Volkswagen was swerving while texting in the 400 block of South Camino del Rio.

9:40 a.m. A man was sleeping on pallets behind Walmart.

5:08 p.m. Someone reported a box with a big rock in it in the middle of the road in the west 200 block of Ninth Street.

5:16 p.m. A woman said she was surrounded by intoxicated people in the 1100 block of Camino del Rio.

6:03 p.m. Someone reported a large piece of metal in a middle lane in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio, near Walmart.

7:03 p.m. A 3-year-old boy with a blue shirt was wandering in the 500 block of East Seventh Avenue.
