9:48 a.m. Someone who lost their cellphone called police because a location app said it was in the west 300 block of Ninth Street.

10:17 a.m. A man was lying in the road with spray cans around him on River Road, south of Home Depot.

10:51 a.m. Two people were spray painting in the 1100 block of Camino del Rio. Police issued an arrest.

1:10 p.m. A man was yelling obscenities in the west 300 block of Ninth Street.

1:41 p.m. A man was throwing items over the High Bridge at 1065 South Camino del Rio.

9:10 p.m. Someone called to report something growling from a tent in their backyard in the 2400 block of West Second Avenue.

Firefighters and medics responded to 18 calls Thursday, including four non-emergency transports, three automatic fire alarms and two overdoses/poisonings .
