7:59 a.m. Someone at the police station, 990 East Second Ave., had questions about Durango’s sanctuary city status.
1:30 p.m. Someone was shooting a BB gun near the Iron Horse Inn, 5800 Main Ave.
9:20 p.m. A man lay on the ground in a walkway next to hotel rooms at Durango Downtown Inn, 800 Camino del Rio.
10:34 p.m. A drunken man was refusing to pay a bill at Applebee’s, 800 Camino del Rio.

4:08 p.m. An empty canoe was in the middle of Lake Simpatico near the 6500 block of County Road 501, north of Bayfield and Forest Lakes subdivision. The caller wasn’t sure if someone fell in or if the canoe blew into the water.
Friday
8:41 a.m. An employee with Enterprise Rental at the Durango-La Plata County Airport found a gun in a rental car.
11:21 a.m. A trash truck was spilling debris all over the road in the 13000 block of U.S. Highway 550, south of Durango.

Firefighters and medics responded to 18 calls Monday, including two fire alarms, a report of smoke in the 500 block of Airpark Drive near the Animas Airpark, and two traffic crashes.
