12:42 a.m. A man refused to pay for his cab ride, according to a report at the DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.
Wednesday
10:07 a.m. A man was acting erratically, yelling at cars and crawling on the ground in the 900 block of Main Avenue.
10:36 a.m. A man was yelling at customers and banging on cars near Ninth Street and Main Avenue.
10:38 a.m. A woman who allegedly shoplifted at Albertons, 311 W. College Drive, locked herself in a bathroom. Police made an arrest.
8:42 p.m. Someone had a small open fire in the 300 block of Jenkins Ranch Road, in the SkyRidge subdivision.

10:15 a.m. A woman was walking in and out of traffic in the 14400 block of U.S. Highway 160, near Hesperus.
3:30 p.m. Goats were on the road in the 6400 block of County Road 516, south of Bayfield.
4:13 p.m. Someone had questions about selling a BB gun at a garage sale on Ute Canyon Road, northeast of Durango.
5:53 p.m. Neighbors were installing their own speed bump on a neighborhood road in the 1600 block of Bear Creek Road, south of the Forest Lakes subdivision.

Firefighters and medics responded to 27 calls Tuesday and Wednesday, including three brush fires, a structure fire, a vehicle crash and a vehicle on fire.
