6:20 a.m. Someone reported an ongoing problem in the 100 block of East Sixth Avenue where a diesel truck was idling.

Sunday

6:28 p.m. A rock in the middle of the road was causing a hazard about 200 yards from the traffic light near Colorado Highway 3 and Santa Rita Drive.

Saturday

12:56 a.m. Someone burned Ramen Noodles in the 3200 block of West Second Avenue. Police and firefighters responded.

2:53 p.m. A Christmas tree was in the road in the 1300 block of East Third Avenue.

Friday

7:52 a.m. A man was sleeping on a picnic table outside the Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.

3:17 p.m. A wide load truck was losing siding, causing a hazardous situation in the 32000 block of U.S. Highway 160, east of Elmore’s Corner.

3:45 p.m. A man ran a driver off the road after the driver honked at him in the 1300 block of Camino del Rio.

8:19 p.m. A man and a woman were fighting, and one of them had a kitchen knife in a backpack. Police made an arrest.

11:09 p.m. A drunken man was walking around nude and entered a resident’s room in Rio Vista Circle. Police made an arrest.

Saturday

12:25 p.m. Smoke was reported inside the Durango-La Plata County Airport.

2:56 p.m. Medics responded to a traffic accident in the 13200 block of U.S. Highway 550, a couple of miles south of Farmington Hill.

Thursday

11:18 a.m. A fire alarm was set off in the 100 block of Yankee Girl Court.

Durango Fire & Rescue Authority responded to 41 calls Thursday through Sunday.
