9:57 a.m. A maroon pickup did not give a cyclist room on the road, forcing the cyclist out of a lane near East Third Avenue and College Drive.

12:26 p.m. A man’s home was broken into in the 2100 block of Crestview Drive.

1 p.m. A leather wallet was tossed in some rocks in front of a house on Kennebec Drive.

2:25 p.m. Three people trespassed and purposely flooded an apartment in the 1100 block of Florida Road.

11:03 p.m. Two men were fighting and one of the men hit the other, possibly with a gun, in the 3600 block of West Second Avenue.

7:09 a.m. A 92-year-old man hit an elk in the 29000 block of U.S. Highway 550, near Hermosa. The man, who was on blood-thinners, had cuts on his hands.

12:15 p.m. A driver and a passenger in a blue Buick SUV were stumbling and slurring their words at Mini Merc, 487 East Colorado Drive.

2:20 p.m. A 50-year-old man was involved in an altercation and had a laceration to his face on South Clovis Drive.

7:01 p.m. Deputies responded to a rollover crash in the 900 block of County Road 214, south of Durango.

11:01 p.m. A 16-year-old girl left home without permission in an Uber, according to a report on Wildcat Canyon Road (County Road 141), southwest of Durango.

Firefighters and medics responded to 16 calls Wednesday, including an assault, four people experiencing chest pain and two traffic crashes.
