12:54 p.m. A woman was refusing to wear a mask and refusing to leave the La Plata County Humane Society Thrift Store at 1111 South Camino del Rio.

2:05 p.m. A dog attacked a man in the 2100 block of Main Avenue.

6:25 p.m. Items were stolen from a vehicle in the 1600 block of Forest Avenue.

6:59 p.m. A 6-year-old girl was smoking a vape pen at Folsom Park.

Tuesday

11:49 a.m. Someone was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief in the area of Oxford Grange.

2:23 p.m. A vehicle was reported stolen in the 900 block of Camino del Rio.

8:22 p.m. Smoke and gunfire were reported in the 100 block of Childers Lane.

9:23 p.m. A 54-year-old was unconscious and not breathing in the 13200 block of Florida Road (County Road 250).
