8:33 a.m. A man’s foot was bleeding uncontrollably after it was pierced by rebar in the 1200 block of Escalante Drive.
9:59 a.m. Two men were pushing carts with belongings past Park Elementary School, 510 East Sixth Ave. An arrest was made.
11:26 a.m. A woman was screaming and cursing in the west 200 block of Seventh Street.
12:01 p.m. A man was passed out next to a building in the 800 block of East Second Avenue.
9:02 p.m. People were playing loud music in the 400 block of East Third Avenue.
