10:30 a.m. Someone had questions about the rules associated with flying drones, according to a report near East Fifth Avenue and 10th Street.
1:10 p.m. A man stole another man’s backpack and ran away on west Ninth Street. Police made an arrest.

Firefighters and medics responded to 21 calls Wednesday, including a wildland fire in or near Overend Park, two assaults, and a traffic crash in the 50000 block of U.S. Highway 550, just north of Purgatory Resort.
