7:32 a.m. A homeless man was sleeping in someone’s barn and ignited a bonfire in the 500 block of East Fourth Avenue.

11:58 a.m. Three men, two of them without shirts, were being boisterous and obnoxious outside of Silk Sparrow, 801 Main Ave.

7:40 p.m. Five intoxicated people were harassing customers outside of Baskin-Robins, 32 Town Plaza.
