10:47 a.m. An intoxicated man was found sleeping in a field with a basket near Durango Downtown Inn, 800 Camino del Rio.
3:21 p.m. Someone broke into a unit at Island Cove Mobile Home Park, 485 Florida Road, and stole the resident’s cat.
5 p.m. Someone reported hearing yelling, followed by a gunshot and people running away, at 1645 Main Ave. Police made an arrest.

11:11 a.m. A woman reported that her ex-husband gave her children acid in the 7700 block of County Road 510.
11:31 p.m. Three horses were blocking the road on County Road 303.

2:03 p.m. A horse was loose at 32 Entrada Circle.
4:57 p.m. Someone shot off a firework in an air-traffic zone at Durango-La Plata County Airport, 1000 Airport Road.
Thursday
3:27 a.m. A bear got into some trash at 4900 Florida Road (County Road 240).
