4:52 p.m. A man was smoking a pipe under the bridge in the 500 block of South Camino del Rio.
4:55 p.m. A man was fighting with himself in the 1000 block of South Camino del Rio.
6:55 p.m. Two men were drinking beer inside their car in the 3100 block of Main Avenue.
7:41 p.m. An unauthorized vehicle was on a construction site in the 1200 block of Escalante Drive.
