1:40 a.m. Someone reported hearing loud noises coming from an apartment, including loud footsteps and whistling, in the 600 block of Arroyo Drive.

Tuesday

8:41 a.m. A woman was yelling and screaming and creating a disturbance at Walmart.

9:05 a.m. A man was walking around the parking lot looking in the back of trucks at Walmart.

12:52 p.m. A man with no hat and no coat was sleeping on the sidewalk near the southwest corner of south City Market, 6 Town Plaza.

2:22 p.m. Two people were reportedly taking drugs in a truck parked behind J.C. Penney at the Durango Mall.

3:07 p.m. Someone requested a speed trailer be placed near Clovis Drive and Borrego Drive in the Rockwood subdivision.

Tuesday

12:28 p.m. Someone wanted to talk to a deputy about growing pot plants in the 2500 block of County Road 314, northwest of Ignacio.

3:55 p.m. Someone in a pink Honda C-RV was passing unsafely and almost struck a vehicle head-on in the 13900 block of Florida Road (County Road 240) near Helen’s Store.

10:23 p.m. A man and a woman were fighting in the 100 block of Valley Place. Deputies made an arrest.

Durango Fire

Firefighters and medics responded to 15 calls Tuesday, including three fire alarms, a brush fire in the 8800 block of East Animas Road (County Road 203), and a report of smoke in the 19000 block of U.S. Highway 160, west of Durango.
