3:15 p.m. Someone chased down a stolen vehicle and blocked it from leaving in the 1400 block of Main Avenue.

4:49 p.m. A man and a woman were having oral sex on a trail in the 400 block of South Camino del Rio.

4:42 p.m. A drunken man was in an intersection directing traffic in the area of 10th Street and Main Avenue.

5:40 p.m. A man was swinging a machete and waving it in the air in the Town Plaza parking lot.

Tuesday

12:21 p.m. A vehicle was broken into and money was taken in the 8800 block of Buck Highway (County Road 521).

5:55 p.m. Someone trespassed and was possibly trying to steal a dog in the 4900 block of Wildcat Canyon Road (County Road 141).

Monday

5:30 a.m. A burglary was reported in the 26200 block of U.S. Highway 160, south of downtown Durango.

10:29 a.m. A bicyclist hit a deer in the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 160, between Durango and Hesperus.

4:20 p.m. Three juveniles were throwing rocks at vehicles from the Bridge to Nowhere.

1:40 p.m. A man reported that he was harassed by a FedEx driver after the truck bumped him in the 12600 block of County Road 501.

Saturday

8:24 p.m. A prowler was reported in someone’s backyard in the 2100 block of Florida Road (County Road 240).

9:12 p.m. An assault was reported in the 12800 block of County Road 501.

Friday

7:43 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer, and there was debris on the road, and the vehicle was leaking fluids near eight corners intersection in Bayfield.

10:21 p.m. A man was trying to jump in front of vehicles in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.

Firefighters and medics responded to 31 calls Monday to Wednesday morning, including 13 emergency medical service calls, three smoke scares, a vehicle fire and a car crash with injuries.
