4:02 p.m. A woman was stuck and needed help out of the river in Whitewater Park.
7:25 p.m. Someone reported a man in a black Kia taking photos of children in the east 400 block of Second Street.
11:20 p.m. One or two bear cubs were stuck in a dumpster and the mother bear was extremely agitated in the 800 block of Plymouth Drive.
