1:16 a.m. A drunken driver hit a tree in the 400 block of Florida Road.
12:20 p.m. A man reported his neighbor was smoking cigarettes in a condo, and no smoking was allowed at the Animas Cliffs Condos, 1700 County Road 203. Police said it was a civil problem.
12:41 p.m. A woman locked her keys and two puppies inside a vehicle in the 1800 block of Main Avenue.
5:28 p.m. Two boys were shooting pellet guns at rocks near the Horse Gulch trailhead in the east 800 block of Third Street.
10:46 p.m. A drunken man was carrying a beer and walking in a lane of traffic near Florida Road and East Third Avenue.

12:23 p.m. A homeless person was sleeping and living behind Derailed Saloon, 725 Main Ave.
2 p.m. Items were stolen overnight in the 500 block of East Sixth Avenue.
5:10 p.m. A woman waved a knife at someone and was driving aggressively near ElmoreÂ’s Corner, Colorado Highway 172 and U.S. Highway 160.
9:02 p.m. Someone reported that a man was carrying a vacuum in the 2200 block of Main Avenue.

12:07 p.m. People were skateboarding in the parking lot of the old Vectra Bank near 11th Street and East Second Avenue.
4:31 p.m. Two men wrecked an all-terrain vehicle and left in a gold-colored truck, according to a report from Handlebar Motorsports, 346 South Camino del Rio.
6:01 p.m. Two men were fighting in the 600 block of East Eighth Avenue.
10:33 p.m. A man hit a woman on the back of the head near the east 200 block of Seventh Street. Police made an arrest.

1:10 p.m. Two women were wrestling in a vehicle then crawled on top of the vehicle near 32nd Street and Main Avenue.
9:45 p.m. Four juveniles were trying to hitchhike in the 1400 block of Main Avenue.

3:45 p.m. Medics responded to a three-car accident at Main Avenue and 25th Street.
10:16 p.m. A fire alarm was set off in the 1400 block of East Eighth Avenue.

10:40 a.m. Someone reported a gas leak in the 300 block of East Eighth Avenue.
5:46 p.m. Someone reported smoke inside a home at Island Cove mobile home park, 485 Florida Road.
