2:45 p.m. A man was swinging a machete in the 3100 block of Main Avenue.

3:23 a.m. A man broke into a residence in the 700 block of East Eighth Avenue.

5:03 a.m. A man was arrested for DUI after banging on someone’s window in the 600 block of Arroyo Drive.

11:53 a.m. A car caught on fire in the 900 block of Cemetery Road.

12:38 p.m. A man was arrested after breaking into a residence in the 700 block of East Eighth Avenue.

Friday

9:02 a.m. A 3- or 4-year-old boy got his leg stuck in a tree at Needham Elementary.

1:34 p.m. A man was stripping and yelling in a grass area in the 1100 block of Camino del Rio.

10:38 p.m. Someone heard a gunshot after hearing arguing in the 100 block of County Road 233, in the Grandview area.
