12:42 p.m. A man was doing drugs inside a vehicle in the south City Market parking lot, 6 Town Plaza. Police made an arrest.
7:46 p.m. Teenagers started a fire on top of a boulder in the 2700 block of Main Avenue.
9:36 p.m. A man was pulling on car doors in the east 500 block of Third Street.
