11:12 a.m. Someone was waving a gun out a car window while driving southbound on U.S. Highway 550.

12:44 p.m. Someone called to report a woman was sleeping on her back porch in the 500 block of East Fifth Avenue.

4:11 p.m. A man was holding up a sign on the window of the Irish Embassy Pub, 900 Main Ave.

4:31 p.m. Four people were passing an open bottle around on a bench in the 100 block of east 10th Street.

10:37 p.m. Someone possibly flashed an SOS signal from a hillside in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.

Sunday

11:59 a.m. A man was telling passers-by not to stop at Father’s Daughters Pizza, 600 Main Ave.

3:42 p.m. An older woman was harassing passers-by in the 800 block of Main Avenue.

7:07 p.m. An intoxicated male and female were lying on the sidewalk in the west 100 block of Ninth Street.

8:40 p.m. Someone called to report that a car knocked down a stop sign on East Fourth Avenue.

Monday

8:03 a.m. A shopping cart was found in the middle of the river on a gravel bar near Rotary Park.

1:31 p.m. Someone called to report 20 gift cards buried under a bush on the 2900 block of West Second Avenue.

5:39 p.m. A man was sleeping in the alley in the 700 block of Main Avenue.

6:18 p.m. Two people were kicking trash cans in the west 200 block on Ninth Street.

10:06 p.m. An intoxicated man refused to leave an electric wheelchair at south City Market. An arrest was made.

Firefighters and medics responded to 18 calls on Monday, including three fire alarms, two falls and two overdoses.
