Wednesday

7:05 a.m. Someone stole a bicycle from Albertsons.

9:09 a.m. A man was harassing people outside a café in the 500 block of Main Avenue.

12:59 p.m. A man was screaming and acting erratically near the entrance of San Juan Basin Public Health.

6:48 p.m. A woman was inhaling nitrous oxide and yelling at people in Walmart.

Thursday

12:21 a.m. Two men on bikes were harassing someone somewhere on Bayfield Parkway.

2:37 a.m. A bear entered a woman’s vehicle in the 18900 block of County Road 501 north of Vallecito Reservoir. The bear became trapped and destroyed the interior of the vehicle.

Wednesday

7 a.m. Someone reported 100 cows on County Road 523 near the intersection with County Road 524, south of Bayfield.

8:44 a.m. Someone was stealing irrigation water somewhere on Colorado Highway 172, southeast of Durango.

9:09 a.m. Two men were on someone’s property somewhere on County Road 228, east of Durango.

3:33 p.m. A man was threatening another person and blocking that individual from leaving a residence in the 5000 block of Colorado Highway 172, north of the Durango-La Plata County Airport.

8:41 p.m. A man and a woman were arguing and pushing each other after the man refused to leave a residence somewhere on U.S. Highway 550, north of Durango.

Firefighters and medics responded to 17 calls Wednesday and one call Thursday morning, including 11 emergency medical calls and two dispatches canceled in route.
