7:53 a.m. Two toddlers ran into the road in the 21600 block of U.S. Highway 160 west.
8:36 a.m. A thief stole cash from a register of a car wash in the 3200 block of Main Avenue.
8:48 a.m. A man was given a verbal warning for sleeping in the parking lot behind the old post office in the 1000 block of Main Avenue.
10:50 a.m. A driver hit another vehicle and left the scene in the 3100 block of Main Avenue.
6:38 p.m. An intoxicated man refused to leave a store in the east 700 block of College Drive. At least one person was arrested on a separate offense.
8:06 p.m. A man was screaming about cutting a woman’s throat in the 3400 block of Main Avenue.
8:33 p.m. An intoxicated man was threatening people in the 300 block of East Eighth Avenue.
9:23 p.m. An intoxicated person was screaming and acting aggressively near the intersection of East Fourth Avenue and Ninth Street.
9:32 p.m. Intoxicated people were trying to start fights in the 800 block of Camino del Rio.
11:23 p.m. A man and woman were arguing in the east 100 block of 29th Street. At least one arrest was made on a bond violation.
11:54 p.m. Two women were fighting in the 1300 block of Florida Road.
