1:21 a.m. A man believed to be intoxicated was at a hotel in the 500 block of Camino del Rio. Officers arrested at least one person for trespassing.

Thursday

7:17 a.m. A fox was injured and frozen to railroad tracks behind the Durango Community Recreation Center.

8:49 a.m. A driver T-boned another vehicle near the intersection of Main Avenue and 24th Street.

10:53 a.m. A driver of a Saab cut off another vehicle near the intersection of U.S. Highway 160 and Colorado Highway 172. Officers arrested at least one person.

1:01 p.m. A man shoplifted from Albertsons. Officers arrested at least one person.

2 p.m. A man believed to be intoxicated was reported at the Durango Transit Center. Officers arrested at least one person.

6:49 p.m. A man not allowed at the Durango Community Recreation Center was reported on the property. Officers gave at least one person a verbal warning.

10:20 p.m. A mother and son were arguing and fighting in the 3500 block of West Second Avenue. The woman was throwing things, and officers gave at least one person a verbal warning.

10:32 a.m. A man was lying on the side of the road in the 6000 block of U.S. Highway 550 south.

11:36 p.m. Someone’s ex-husband stole things from someone on Shedan Road west of Bayfield.

Firefighters and medics responded to 14 calls Wednesday and 11 calls Thursday, including a dumpster fire and a pedestrian and vehicle crash.
