6:18 a.m. Someone was sleeping outside of a business in the east 100 block of 10th Street. Police made an arrest.

8:54 a.m. Someone stole a trash can in the 1100 block of East Third Avenue.
10:05 a.m. Someone was passed out at Third Street and East Third Avenue.
10:29 a.m. A man stole a bike from his neighbor’s yard in the 600 block of East Seventh Avenue.
10:44 a.m. A homeless man was following staff inside a business in the 1900 block of West Third Avenue.
11:54 a.m. A man tried to return a gas can and then poured out gas in a toilet at Walmart, 1155 South Camino del Rio.
1:09 p.m. Two people refused to leave south City Market, 6 Town Plaza. Police issued a warning.
3:34 p.m. A man refused to leave Spanish Trails Inn & Suites, 3141 Main Ave. Police issued a warning.
3:52 p.m. A man was harassing passers-by outside the Durango Transit Center, 250 W. Eighth Street. Police issued a warning.
6:31 p.m. A woman wearing black pants and a green hooded sweatshirt was talking to a tree in the 700 block of Camino del Rio.
6:59 p.m. Someone set up a tent in Schneider Park, 950 Roosa Ave. Police issued a warning.
7:03 p.m. People were smoking marijuana in the family locker room at the Durango Community Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.
10:23 p.m. An intoxicated woman was at the front desk of south City Market, 6 Town Plaza. Police made an arrest.
10:46 p.m. Someone reported an ongoing issue with loud music in the 3500 block of Bennett Street. Police issued a warning.

10:56 a.m. A man was threatening to kill someone in the 1400 block of Cactus Drive.
11:17 a.m. An intoxicated man was walking alongside the road in the 38000 block of U.S. Highway 550. Police made an arrest.
5:23 p.m. A man broke into someone’s house at Junction Creek Mobile Home Park, 535 Junction Creek Road (County Road 204). Police made an arrest.
10:31 p.m. An intoxicated man had a gun in the 27600 block of U.S. Highway 160.
11:09 p.m. A man hit his head against a wall at the La Plata County Jail, 742 Turner Drive.

7:44 a.m. Someone reported people illegally camping at the end of Lightner Creek Road (County Road 207).
1:35 p.m. A dog fell out of the back of a flatbed truck and got hit by another vehicle in the 8000 block of U.S. Highway 550. Police made an arrest.
4:40 p.m. A woman reported neighbors shot and killed her emu in the 6200 block of U.S. Highway 550.

3:25 p.m. Someone reported ongoing verbal harassment by their neighbor in the 4000 block of County Road 203.
8:09 p.m. A child ran away on her scooter in the 1900 block of Baby Bear Road.
9:21 p.m. A 25-year-old female was hallucinating in the 1500 block of Florida Road (County Road 240).
