6:08 a.m. A man was sleeping in someone’s work truck at the Durango Big Picture High School.

Tuesday

10:24 a.m. Someone stole something from a garage in the 2300 block of West Second Avenue.

3:24 p.m. The owner of a laundromat harassed someone at the business in the 2900 block of Main Avenue.

4:14 p.m. A 7-year-old girl was screaming and hurting herself in the 1900 block of Highland Avenue.

7:56 p.m. A vehicle crashed and became stuck on boulders in the 500 block of Animas View Drive. At least one DUI arrest was made.

10:19 p.m. A man and a woman were fighting in the parking lot of Walmart.

Tuesday

7:37 a.m. Someone found a dead dog in the road at the intersection of County Road 221 and Colorado Highway 172, south of Elmore’s Corner.

8:44 a.m. Someone found a gun near a bridge on County Road 122 north of Marvel.

4:44 p.m. A vehicle was smoking near the entrance of Durango West 2 subdivision.

8:29 p.m. Two women were fighting in the 5200 block of County Road 501, just south of the entrance to Forest Lakes subdivision.
