12:01 p.m. A man was harassing people outside a business in the 800 block of South Camino del Rio.

2:47 p.m. Two children were skateboarding in the drive-thru of Alpine Bank in the 1000 block of Main Avenue. Officers gave at least one person a verbal warning.
