12:31 a.m. People were having a large bonfire in the east 500 block of Fifth Street.

9:53 a.m. A gas leak was reported in the 2400 block of Arroyo Drive.

11:52 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of burglary in the 3900 block of East Animas Village Drive.

Sunday

8:04 a.m. An assault was reported in the 1000 block of Avenida del Sol.

5:45 p.m. A hit-and-run crash occurred in the area of East 32nd Street and Main Avenue.

Saturday

12:01 a.m. A kitchen fire was reported in the east 800 block of Third Street.

11:40 a.m. A 23-year-old woman had a cut arm and was dizzy and weak in the lower 100 block of Westwood Place.

5:39 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of having weapons and hostages in the area of 24th Street and West Second Avenue.

Friday

8:04 a.m. A 2003 gray F-150 truck was stolen in the 100 block of Riverview Drive.

10:32 a.m. A vehicle was damaged in the 700 block of Main Avenue.

12:23 p.m. A man was unconscious at a motel in the 21300 block of U.S. Highway 160 in west Durango.

Firefighters and medics responded to 62 calls Friday through Tuesday morning, including 33 emergency medical service calls, a building fire, a wildfire, a gas leak, a hazmat investigation, a cooking fire, an elevator rescue, an unauthorized burning and five car crashes.
