1:47 p.m. A guest was refusing to pay a bill at Applebee’s restaurant, 800 Camino del Rio.
3:31 p.m. A man laid his motorcycle over at the intersection of Park Avenue and Main Avenue. He stood it back up and kept riding. The man did not appear to be injured.
5:36 p.m. Two children younger than 3 years old were left in a car alone at Hilltop House, 1050 Avenida del Sol. Police made an arrest.
8:42 p.m. Two sandbags were in the right southbound lane in the 1400 block of South Camino del Rio.

Firefighters and medics responded to 16 calls, including an assault, a structure fire in the 200 block of Turner Drive, a traffic accident on Hesperus Hill and a vehicle on fire near Colorado Highway 172 and Airport Road.
