12:30 p.m. Someone reported a stolen white Nissan Pathfinder in the 200 block of Rock Point Drive.

12:38 p.m. Traffic lights at the intersection of Main Avenue and East 14th Street stopped working.

1:06 p.m. Someone reported a stolen license plate in the 3500 block of West Second Avenue.
