12:42 p.m. Someone cut a wire on a security camera in the west 100 block of 32nd Street.

1:14 p.m. An elderly woman was in bushes with a suitcase in the west 200 block of Eighth Street. Police made an arrest.

2:56 p.m. A man was sniffing kerosene fuel in his car in the 2500 block of Main Avenue.

5:57 p.m. A woman was honking and yelling obscenities in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.

10:08 p.m. A drunken man was passed out in his vehicle in the 400 block of East Fifth Avenue.

Firefighters and medics responded to 11 calls Wednesday, including one assault, one fire alarm and one traffic accident.
