12:09 a.m. Someone was passed out between dumpsters in the 700 block of Narrow Gauge Avenue. Police made an arrest.

5:04 a.m. Someone reported a loud generator was running for two nights in the east 200 block of Fifth Street.

7:55 a.m. Someone reported a mother hitting a child in the 2600 block of Junction Street.

8:30 a.m. Three people with open containers were on a bench in the 700 block of East Second Avenue.

10:28 a.m. An intoxicated man was sleeping outside of a business in the 500 block of East Eighth Avenue. Police made an arrest.

11:16 a.m. A woman with a bloody lip and nose walked into a business in the 900 block of Camino del Rio.

12:11 p.m. Two men were sitting on a curb staring at a house in the 500 block of East Fifth Avenue.

12:33 p.m. A man with a shopping cart was in Buckley Park, 1250 Main Ave.

1:48 p.m. A man was sitting in the middle of the sidewalk and refusing to move at east Eighth Street and Main Avenue.

4:46 p.m. Someone reported someone else hiding under a stairwell and acting suspicious in the 700 block of East Second Avenue.

8 p.m. A man threatened to blow up Walmart, 1155 South Camino Del Rio. Police made an arrest.

8:14 p.m. A man was screaming on the corner of Florida Road (County Road 240) and Colorado Avenue.

11:31 p.m. Four people and a dog were playing loud music, drinking and screaming in the 1000 block of Goeglein Gulch Road. Police issued a warning.

12:05 a.m. Someone reported an elk was lying in the road at county roads 521 and 524.

1:32 a.m. A woman on a bicycle was waving her hands and a light on County Road 234.

Wednesday

11:20 p.m. Two people were in the middle of the road at east 35th Street and Main Avenue.

Firefighters and medics responded to 13 calls Wednesday, including two traffic accidents, an elevator rescue, two overdoses and an oil spill.
