2:07 a.m. Someone was sleeping in the lobby of the Durango Post Office, 222 W. Eighth St. Police issued a warning.

3:14 a.m. A group of people were being loud in a jacuzzi in the 100 block of Ryler Drive.

Thursday

8:16 a.m. A man made threats toward the city of Durango and possibly mentioned firearms, according to a report at the Durango Post Office, 222 W. Eighth St. Police issued a warning.

8:48 a.m. Someone called to report their neighbor was harassing them in the 500 block of Animas View Drive.

12:46 p.m. Someone wearing all black was bothering people at West Ninth Street and Camino del Rio.

1:04 p.m. Someone requested a police officer pick up a handgun that was found at a business in the west 300 block of College Drive.

1:15 p.m. An intoxicated person refused to leave McDonald’s, 201 W. College Drive. Police issued a warning.

6:31 p.m. An intoxicated man was naked in someone’s apartment in the 1200 block of Florida Road (County Road 240). Police made an arrest.

8:16 p.m. A woman refused to leave a residence in the Newbold West Trailer Park, 20758 U.S. Highway 160.

8:34 p.m. Someone dressed in all black was looking into a black sedan in the 2600 block of Borrego Drive. Police made an arrest.

Durango Fire

Firefighters and medics responded to 17 calls Thursday, including five automatic fire alarms, a fuel spill and someone having a seizure.
