8:56 a.m. A man who planned to drive a small yellow Hyundai with Texas license plates couldn’t walk a straight line, according to a report in the 2100 block of Main Avenue.
10:14 a.m. A vehicle was broken into in the 100 block of Rio Vista Circle.
1:19 p.m. A vehicle was broken into in the east 400 block of 30th Street.
9:56 p.m. Two drunken men were kicked out of a bar, and they were standing outside yelling in the 600 block of Main Avenue.
