2:23 a.m. An intoxicated man lying on the sidewalk in the 1000 block of Camino del Rio got a verbal warning from a police officer.
Tuesday
10:05 a.m. A man and a woman were screaming at one another, with him on top of her, in an apartment in the 1400 block of East Eighth Avenue.
11:48 a.m. A woman driving a dark-brown Kia Optima in the 600 block of East Second Avenue had an unrestrained child in the car.
3:40 p.m. A man was stuck on the roof of a fast-food outlet in the 2900 block of Main Avenue.
8:57 p.m. A woman reported that someone had just broken a fluorescent light fixture outside her door in the 1400 block of East Third Avenue.
11:52 p.m. A number of people were yelling loudly in the east 500 block First Street.
