7:18 a.m. Diesel fuel was spilling across lanes of traffic in the 100 block of South Camino del Rio.
11:21 a.m. A cable or phone line was down in an alley near the 500 block of East Eighth Avenue.
11:56 a.m. A 3-year-old child was alone along the river bank near the 1500 block of Main Avenue.
12:06 p.m. A man was waving a knife at people in Town Plaza.
2:09 p.m. Two men were yelling at passers-by in the 900 block of Main Avenue.
5:38 p.m. A child and an adult were fighting at a business in the 29400 block of U.S. Highway 160, in the Grandview area.
