6:49 a.m. There was a burglary at Telluride Bud Co., 3473 Main Ave.

6:54 p.m. Two people were drinking in the Town Plaza Coin Laundry, 36 Town Plaza.

Sunday

1:17 a.m. Someone was robbed on the sidewalk in front of the Wild Horse Saloon, 601 East Second Ave.

11:46 p.m. A man pulled a knife on another person behind the Midtown Apartments, 2391 Main Ave.

4:10 p.m. Someone alerted deputies that their neighbors were firing guns in an unsafe manner on Florida Road (County Road 250).

7:11 p.m. A man was shooting prairie dogs on Jaques Drive.

Aug. 17

12:54 p.m. Someone called deputies to tell them that a bear was attacking the grill at the Airbnb where they were staying on County Road 203 north of Durango.

Monday

2:48 p.m. Deputies responded to a complaint that someone’s boss, who they were also living with, was not paying them on County Road 234.

Tuesday

6:10 p.m. Someone was burning in a 50-gallon barrel that became out of control on La Fortune Lane.

Wednesday

1:12 a.m. A motorist became stranded on Forest Service Road 171 when their vehicle went off the edge of the road. It was prevented from rolling down a steep hill by a tree.

Thursday

11:27 p.m. Someone was cutting up a dead bear on another person’s property on U.S. Highway 550 south of Durango.

10:09 p.m. A building caught fire on Colorado Highway 151.
