7:12 p.m. A woman who was allegedly under the influence and “not alert” fell from a wall and hit her back near the Durango Lodge, 150 East Fifth St.

10:55 p.m. A person at the Budget Inn, 3077 Main Ave., was arrested for a warrant.

5:51 p.m. A man allegedly found passed out and under the influence in an alley behind Durango Animal Hospital, 2461 Main Ave., was arrested for obscene conduct.

3:21 p.m. A person at the Valle De Merced Apartments, 800 Goeglein Gulch Road, was arrested for assault.

1:12 p.m. A person at the Schneider Park skate park, 1300 Roosa Ave., was arrested for a warrant.

10:12 a.m. Police were notified through the Bear Smart hotline about a bear in a dumpster at the Mountain Sun Apartments, 1206 Florida Road.

Wednesday

10:24 p.m. A person at the Miremonte Apartments, 584 Wilson Gulch Drive, was arrested for drug possession.

8:14 p.m. A chihuahua was found “zig zagging” in the eastbound lane of U.S. Highway 160 West near Perins Canyon Drive.

Tuesday

3:10 p.m. A person at Famburger, 1400 East Second Ave., was arrested for a warrant.

12:09 p.m. A bear reportedly scattered trash in an alley near the End O Day Motel, 350 East Eighth Ave.

12:02 a.m. A person on the 900 block of Narrow Gauge Road was arrested for driving under the influence.

Aug. 12

3:45 p.m. A person on the 2100 block of County Road 210 was arrested for domestic violence.

Aug. 11

10:20 p.m. A person at the Durango Police Department building, 990 East Second Ave., was arrested for a warrant.

7:06 p.m. A person on the 900 block of Colorado Highway 3 was arrested for driving under the influence.

2:20 p.m. A person at Buckley Park, 1250 Main Ave., was arrested for harassment.

1:48 a.m. A person who was allegedly harassing customers at Wild Horse Saloon, 601 East Second Ave., was arrested for a warrant.

1:38 a.m. A person on the 700 block of Main Avenue was arrested for driving under the influence.

Aug. 10

11:08 p.m. A person near the 21000 block of U.S. Highway 160 West was arrested for driving under the influence.

8:53 p.m. A woman was allegedly under the influence at the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave., was arrested for trespassing.

4:16 p.m. Police were called to remove an allegedly drunk woman from the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave.

10:49 a.m. A man on the 3100 block of West Second Avenue was arrested for assault.

Aug. 9

7:48 p.m. A person near the Twin Buttes Speedway gas station, 20453 U.S. Highway 160 West, was arrested for driving under the influence.

2:59 p.m. A baby was found alone inside a vehicle near the grocery door at Walmart, 1155 South Camino del Rio.

2:43 p.m. A bear was found in a tree at Brookside Park, 231 Main Ave.

11:49 a.m. A person at McDonalds, 201 West College Drive, was arrested for a warrant.

10:24 a.m. A man at the South City Market, 6 Town Plaza, was arrested for trespassing.

9:16 a.m. A man at the Durango Transit Center, 250 West Eighth St., was arrested for trespassing.
