12:17 p.m. Someone was trying to steal batteries out of an air compressor on River’s End Lane.

5:59 p.m. A very large item that was “larger than a car” was causing a hazard on Florida Road (County Road 240).

2:07 p.m. A large truck was trying to run another car off the road on U.S. Highway 550.

7:23 p.m. Someone heard two gunshots that may have been fired in an unsafe manner on Haviland Lake Road.

Sunday

9:15 a.m. Someone called deputies to complain about people using turning lanes as passing lanes on Trimble Crossing.

12:20 p.m. Someone was shooting their gun in an unsafe manner on Sagewood Drive.

Monday

8:32 a.m. Someone called deputies to report an issue with speeders and aggressive drivers on County Road 510.

8:07 p.m. A large piece of carpet was causing a hazard on Bear Creek Road.

9:28 p.m. Someone called deputies to make homicidal statements on Highway 151.

Tuesday

8:02 a.m. Someone called deputies to ask them to evict squatters in their house on Colorado Highway 172.

9:52 a.m. An airport employee reported a loaded handgun that a traveler tried to check in through airport security at Durango-La Plata County Airport.

10:08 a.m. Someone left their gun in a VRBO nightstand on Penstock Circuit.

Wednesday

8:51 a.m. A man was yelling and chasing someone in a Cat industrial vehicle on County Road 501.

9:01 p.m. A woman called deputies to report an ongoing issue with random clothing appearing in her garage on Blue Sky Drive.

Thursday

5:10 p.m. A woman took marijuana edibles and was having a panic attack on Highland Hill Drive.
