7:50 p.m. A person driving south near the 1400 block of South Camino del Rio was arrested for driving under the influence.

10:23 p.m. A person near the former Olde Tymer’s Cafe building, 1000 Main Ave., was arrested for illegal camping.

Saturday

12:44 a.m. A person at CenturyLink, 1035 East Second Ave., was arrested for trespassing.

1:39 a.m. A person at the Lumien Apartments, 3190 East Animas Village Drive, was arrested for a warrant.

2:58 a.m. A person near the intersection of Colorado Highway 3 and South Camino del Rio was arrested for driving under the influence.

11:32 a.m. A person driving eastbound on U.S. Highway 160 near County Road 141 was arrested for driving under the influence.

5:16 p.m. A person who allegedly threatened a bus driver at the Durango Transit Center, 250 West Eighth St., was arrested for disorderly conduct.

7:20 p.m. A person at Home Depot, 1301 South Camino del Rio, was arrested for a warrant.

10:39 p.m. A woman who allegedly refused to leave McDonald’s, 201 W. College Drive, was arrested for a warrant.

Friday

8:04 a.m. A man who allegedly spray painted the men’s bathroom inside the north Durango Walgreens, 2701 Main Ave., was arrested for criminal mischief.

10:41 a.m. A person at the Spanish Inn & Suites, 3141 Main Ave., was arrested for a warrant.

10:56 a.m. A person at north City Market, 3130 Main Ave., was arrested for a warrant.

1:08 p.m. A person at Greenmount Cemetery, 900 Cemetery Road, was arrested for illegal camping.

4:55 p.m. A person allegedly fighting with staff at Mercy Hospital, 1010 Three Springs Blvd., was arrested for assault.

Durango Fire

Firefighters and medics responded to 79 calls between Jan. 17 and Monday, including 55 EMS calls, one building fire, one gas leak and one car crash with injuries.
