1:02 p.m. Somebody reported a “peeping Tom” looking into their apartment in the Uptown Apartments on Main Avenue.
9:38 a.m. Someone was pulled over for driving 60 mph through a 40 mph construction zone on South Camino del Rio.
3:41 p.m. A man ripped his shirt off and was barking at himself in the alley behind East Second Avenue.
