3:05 p.m. A person near the intersection of West Eighth Street and Narrow Gauge Avenue was arrested on suspicion of possessing an open container.
5:17 p.m. A woman at Manna Soup Kitchen, 1100 Avenida del Sol, was arrested on suspicion of harassment.
