7:35 p.m. A person on the 500 block of East Eighth Avenue was arrested for assault.

6:23 p.m. Police were called about a man at Buckley Park, 1250 Main Ave., allegedly seen wearing no pants.

8:49 a.m. A man allegedly found sleeping in the lobby of the Lumien Apartments, 3190 East Animas Village Dr., was arrested for trespassing.

1:56 a.m. A person near El Rancho Tavern, 975 Main Ave., was arrested for a warrant.

Sept. 14

10:53 p.m. A person on the 100 block of West Seventh Street was arrested for driving under the influence.

5:36 p.m. A man who was allegedly drunk and stumbled near the Durango Transit Trolley stop on West Eighth Street was arrested for trespassing.

3:02 p.m. A person at the South Durango City Market, 6 Town Plaza, was arrested for trespassing.

12:28 p.m. A person near the intersection of East 32nd Street and East Second Avenue was arrested for disturbing the peace.

11:51 a.m. A woman who was allegedly screaming at and harassing people near the intersection of East 32nd Street and East Second Avenue was arrested for disorderly conduct.

7:40 a.m. A person behind Central Bank, 1211 Main Ave., was arrested for violating a restraining order.

2:08 a.m. A person near Denny’s, 666 Camino del Rio, was arrested for driving under the influence.

2 a.m. A person on the 100 block of West 17th Street was arrested for driving under the influence.

Sept. 13

11:52 p.m. A person at Walmart, 1155 South Camino del Rio, was arrested for criminal trespassing.

10:16 p.m. A person near the Junction Hotel, 2202 Main Ave., was arrested for driving under the influence.

8:52 p.m. A woman at Walmart, 1155 South Camino del Rio, was arrested for shoplifting.

6:40 p.m. A woman who was allegedly screaming at people near the intersection of East Second Avenue and East 32nd Street was arrested for disorderly conduct.

3:18 p.m. A person near Sunnyside Farms Market, 1305 Escalante Drive, was arrested for hit and run.

11:56 a.m. Police received a call about man allegedly trying to steal tin foil and rubbing alcohol at the North Durango Walgreens, 2701 Main Ave.
