9:06 a.m. Someone was riding a bike recklessly and aggressively on the Animas River Trail near Santa Rita Park.

1:51 p.m. A woman contacted police after catching someone keying her car in the west 100 block of Ninth Street.

8:16 p.m. A bear was aggressively trying to gain access to someone’s trash outside the Lumien Apartments on Animas Village Drive.

3:25 p.m. A Ford F-250 rolled coal and crated a cloud of black smoke so thick that it caused a minor car wreck on Colorado Highway 172.

7:33 p.m. A man threatened to come over to the caller’s house and shoot their father on Lightner Creek Road (County Road 207).

Wednesday

1:46 a.m. Someone called deputies to alert them of a bike stuck in a tree on Linda Lane.

11:51 a.m. A man said he received a poisoned letter in an act of terrorism from an unknown sender on Vallecito Drive.

Thursday

4:22 p.m. Someone stole the siding and windows from a neighbor’s RV on Ranch Road.
