As a strong believer in restorative justice practices to cut down on recidivism rates among non-violent offenders, Christian has the right ideas about the district attorney’s role in the criminal justice system. With three-quarters of offenders nationwide being rearrested within five years, it is imperative that we have a district attorney who will use our justice system to reduce this number. Christian is the only candidate running who can accomplish this goal.
During his distinguished career, Christian has served both as a public defender and as a district attorney. Christian’s ability to understand both sides of the judicial process will ensure that we have a DA who not only works hard to prosecute crimes but treats defendants with the respect they deserve.
