The Club – La Plata Dems on the Move will host its monthly luncheon from noon to 1:30 p.m. Aug. 6 at the Doubletree Hotel.
The speaker will be Dr. Sarah Goodpastor, who represents Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, and she will present “Be S.M.A.R.T. for Kids: Protecting Our Children.”
