The Club – La Plata Dems on the Move will host its March luncheon from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.
The luncheon’s topic will be “The Durango City Council Race and Ballot Question.” City council candidate Kim Baxter will be on hand to speak, and Anne Markward will speak on behalf of candidate Barbara Noseworthy. Christina Rinderle, a past city councilor, will be speak about the city’s ballot question to fund infrastructure.
Tickets cost $20.
