The Garden Project will host two upcoming stakeholder engagement listening sessions:
8:30 to 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at Keller Williams Realty, 700 Main Ave.: The key topic will be “Brainstorming – Revisiting Strategies as Environments Change.” What does the Garden Project mean to the community and area? Which programs and services are the most important, and why? What else could the Garden Project provide on behalf of the community?5 to 6:30 p.m. Dec. 4 at Keller Williams Realty: The key topic will be “Economic Frameworks and Establishing an Organizational Work Plan.” What are The Garden Project’s sources of revenue, revenue probabilities and expense structures? What are their programmatic opportunities and strategies? Which resources are needed to meet their mission?
