The lack of pride for the country I served

I just read an article regarding an 84-year-old disabled Vietnam veteran who has taken his U.S. flag down in protest of what Donald Trump and his administration are doing to my country. The fact of the matter is that I totally agree with that man.

I, too, am a disabled Vietnam veteran, and can honestly say that, at this moment, I am not proud to be an American. What that man is doing to my country, that I, and many others risked our lives for, is both immoral and un-American, not to mention un-Christian.

The number of people who are being exposed to the evil of the decisions being made by this administration is beyond belief.

I, personally, would like to apologize to all of what were our allies, that at one time stood by us, for the blatant disregard for human decency shown by Trump and his appointees.

As a veteran, I have no respect for Trump, nor would I consider him worthy of a salute.

One last thought: Only a criminal would pardon another criminal. Also, I believe that the reason he is up all night texting is that he knows that he is the most guilty criminal alive.
