The Durango Herald sure seems proud of themselves for their groundbreaking exposé about some city officials having parking passes for work-related business as one of their employee perks. Employers in the downtown area are welcome (encouraged) to offer their employees the same perk, whether it be monthly parking passes at the transit center or simple reimbursements for incurred parking costs.
