On Easter Sunday this year, someone came onto our ranch on U.S. Highway 160 three miles east of Mancos, and broke into our barn, shop and home. Hundreds of items, too many to list, worth thousands of dollars, were stolen.
A few of the items that we would like back, if possible, include:
22 pistol, automatic 9-shot hi-standardBlack powder flintlock muzzle-loader pistolCustom-made, Kentucky-style 41-caliber muzzle-loader rifleLarge collection of elk and deer antlersGerman Leica binoculars (field glasses) 10x25 power, new Large clay bowl wrapped in rope (from Mexico, very old)Native American leather wrapped turtle rattle with thongs and lots of beadworkLarge loading ramps that fold for storageExtra-large, blue metal air compressorIf you have or know someone that has any of these items, please contact the Wonacotts at (970) 533-7996.
The real shame of it all is that we were robbed while we were at Easter dinner.
