Stupid reckless selfish drivers
Recently, within three days, I was almost involved in two different automobile accidents as a result of two stupid, impatient drivers, by their improper lane usage.
First incident, approximately 1 p.m. on Dec. 13, going north on Camino del Sol approaching the right turn lane south of College Drive when, as I activated my right turn signal and began to enter the right turn lane, a black medium SUV came from behind me passing on my right and, had I not noticed the vehicle and stopped, I would have been hit.
Second incident, approximately 6 p.m. Dec. 15, going east on College Drive from Camino del Sol near Wells Fargo, stopped with left turn signal activated waiting on westbound traffic to pass before turning north into the bank parking lot, when a very large black pickup truck sitting high passed me on my left driving the wrong way east in the westbound left-turn lane. Again, had I not caught a movement to my left and stopped my beginning turn, I would have been hit.
There are not any legitimate excuses by these two drivers other than they are stupid and have a total disregard for rules of the road and other drivers.
I hope with their lack of concern for other drivers they will someday soon be rewarded with some serious moving violations with court appearances but no injuries of any other drivers.
